However, one big rule to keep in mind when you rent this space is that no parties are allowed. The property is for residential living only and not for inviting big groups of guests over to hang out. The bedrooms inside the home have a mix of queen-size beds, single beds, a toddler bed, a baby travel crib, and a sofa bed in the living room. Other perks of staying here are the city skyline view, air conditioning, heating, indoor fireplace, dedicated workspace, and kitchen.

Long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed here if you plan to spend an extended time in D.C. But no matter how long you stay, this is a great area to be in because the home is in a historic district filled with Black history museums, restaurants, and bars. It also offers easy access to the yellow and green line trains, which pick up just a block east of the home. You’ll be in a very walkable neighborhood with everything just 10 blocks away or less. The local grocery store is about four blocks away, and DCA National Airport isn’t too far away either.
