If you or your little ones can’t get enough of Disney’s hit franchise “Frozen,” Disneyland Paris is bringing even more to enjoy with a new “Frozen”-themed land set to open in 2023. In just a few years, you can visit a real-life version of the kingdom of Arendelle and meet the characters from the films — you may even get a warm hug from Olaf.

Based on the images shared by the theme park company, the all-new “Frozen”-themed area will feature a replica of the castle and village, as seen in the films, along with snow-capped mountains in the background and a lake in the center of this immersive land. There also will be an attraction to take guests to the center of the kingdom, according to Disney’s official press release.
While Disney didn’t share any other details about the attraction, Yahoo reports this “Frozen” land will include a voyage through Arendelle on a replica of the Frozen Ever After ride currently open at Epcot’s Norway Pavilion at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando.
The area will also include character encounters, a new restaurant and a shop for all-things “Frozen” — in case you don’t already have enough “Frozen”-themed toys and merchandise at home.
News of a real-life Arendelle coming to Disneyland Paris is sure to have plenty of “Frozen” fans saying “this is hands down the best day of my life,” just like Olaf. The new “Frozen”-themed land is part of a multi-year expansion of the Disneyland Paris theme park, which is also set to include new Marvel and Star Wars areas.
While kids and kids-at-heart patiently await the opening of the new “Frozen” area, Anna and Elsa fans can get their “Frozen” fix now at two new events at Disneyland Paris: Frozen Celebration, a new show featuring Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven; and Frozen: A Musical Invitation, a new interactive adventure with characters from the films.
